Learning German and My Degree

Meine Gedanken auf Deutsch:
Ich denke, dass Deutsch schwer zu lernen ist. Obwohl es viele ähnliche Begriffe wie Englisch gibt, fand ich die Begriffe super schwierig. Normalerweise, kann man viele Wörter von dem Buch oder Roman lernen, aber die Schwierigkeiten zum die Artikeln und die Plural Endungen zu erinnern ist rießig. Deshalb habe ich Lernkarten benutze, doch ist es eigentlich langweilig. Nun glaube ich dass die Grammatik nicht so kompliziert ist. Aber auf der B1 Stufe, sollte ich mehr Vokabeln lernen, damit ich in verschiedene Situation unterhalten kann. Ich müsste ein Ziel finden, um mich selbst zu motivieren

 My thoughts in English:
Although learning a language has brought insight to the culture and people there. I find it kind of hard to adjust even if I am trying to create a learning environment at home by putting on the radio or by watching German films. It is the sheer content that keeps me from finding learning a language fun. I have realized that I may need to start finding a language partner again.

Another goal I want to set for myself is to try and learn how to find more was of active recalling instead of passive reading to consolidate more knowledge. Currently, I write notes for my course in Materials Science. However, even though it was quite effective for prelims, there is a lot more to learn in the second year in which the amount in four lecture is equivalent to six lectures in the first year.

Youtube has been a big weakness of mine. I was addicted since I was 8 or 9 for all I recall. This platform has been the dominant form of entertainment for me. I would like to limit my time on this platform and instead concentrate on reading books.

Thoughts: The Jackbox party packs are one of the most well developed games I've seen. The visuals are appealing and the fact that it is accessible to everybody is quite important to its success. Everybody with a phone are able to play it and the games are easy to grasp. The game can be also considered social as at least 3 players are required for the majority of the party games. Freiheit und Sicherheit

Deutsche Gedanken: Die Freiheit der Menschen ist ein besonderes intersanntes Konzept. Wenn die Menschen Freiheit möchten, dann müssen sie auch Sicherheit von der Staat ausgeben. z.B. Es ist wahr dass die Sicherheit in Shanghai besser als London ist, weil die Polizei tägliche auf der Straße geht und beobachtet die Bürger. Aber, es gibt immer Angst in der Umgebung dieser Stadt. In Hong Kong ist das Auslieferungsgesetz ein sehr beunruhigendes Problem, denn die Politische Gegner der Kommunist Partei nach China ausliefern können. Viele HongKonger denken die Entscheidung von China nicht nur ungerecht ist sondern auch unzuverlässig.
